Fee: €150. Payments can be made by:
- Cheque/Draft/Postal order made payable to IRISH STEAM PRESERVATION SOCIETY. Please note cheques made out to Stradbally Steam Rally or any other variation can no longer be accepted.
- Credit/Debit card payments VIA Sumup (Payment link will be forwarded once application is received)
Terms and Conditions:
- All exhibitors MUST have UP TO DATE liability insurance present for the rally.
- Sub-letting of stalls is not permitted.
- Only ONE space allowed per entry. Trader spaces are strictly 30ft x 20ft. If additional space is required, an additional stall must be booked.
- Traders must display their goods within the specified trading area.
- Only one trader is allowed per space.
- Traders are not permitted to move their stalls once space is set up.
- No space will be allotted until completed application form, fee and copy of insurance is received.
- The area rented is uncovered space.
- Applications received after June 30th are subject to an addition of a late fee of €30.
- Exhibitors must comply with the instructions of the Safety Officer and Stewards at all times. Abusive language or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
- The Irish Steam Preservation Society will not be responsible for any damage or loss from trade stands.
- Admission to Rally Field on Friday from 2pm to 7pm, Saturday from 10am-3pm, and on Sunday and Monday from 8am to 11am. Strictly no admission to field outside these hours without prior arrangement.
